On July 31, 2025, at the Liberty Central Saigon Riverside Hotel, the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, Ho Chi Minh City Open University, held its 15th anniversary celebration (2010-2015). The ceremony took place in a warm and emotional atmosphere, providing an opportunity for all leaders, lecturers, staff, students, and alumni to reflect on the proud 15-year journey of formation and development and look towards new goals for the future.
Attending the ceremony were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha – Rector of the University, Dr. Ho Huu Thuy – Head of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, along with distinguished guests, partners, businesses, faculty members, and alumni.
Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Professor Nguyen Minh Ha expressed his deep appreciation for the immense contributions of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, emphasizing that although 15 years is not a very long time, the Faculty has achieved many outstanding and impressive accomplishments. These successes are demonstrated by the fact that the Faculty’s training programs have achieved national and international accreditation standards, the employment rate of graduates consistently remains high at over 90%, and the dynamic and integrated spirit of students actively participating in academic activities both domestically and internationally. These examples clearly affirm the quality of training and the dedication of the entire Faculty.

At the same time, we would like to express our gratitude to the generations of leaders, esteemed professors, alumni, and partners who have always accompanied and built a strong Accounting and Auditing Faculty as it is today.

Within the framework of the ceremony, the Organizing Committee also dedicated time to honor and express gratitude to individuals and groups who have made outstanding contributions to the development of the Faculty over the past 15 years. This is a well-deserved recognition for their tireless efforts and shared goal of building a high-quality academic environment, creating generations of students with excellent professional skills and strong abilities. The ceremony concluded with mixed emotions, both pride in the achievements made and a strong determination to move towards a brighter future, contributing to the overall development of the University and society.
